Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Histopathology, Biomedical Sciences, Life Sciences, or related field.
• Hands-on histopathology background covering tissue processing, staining, IHC, and workflows.
• 7–10 years in applications, product management, or commercial roles in diagnostics/life sciences.
• Proven experience leading and developing application or technical teams.
• Strong knowledge of the Saudi healthcare market, MOH, and NUPCO tender processes.
• Experience supporting product launches and market development.
• Ability to translate technical info into clear customer value; excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead local product strategy and execution across histopathology portfolio aligned with regional/global priorities.
• Drive product adoption, market penetration, launches, and expansion projects with cross-functional teams.
• Own end-to-end tender response processes for NUPCO and institutional opportunities.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Service, and Shared Services for a consistent customer experience.
• Apply DBS tools, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement across operations.
