Sysmex Saudi Arabia is seeking an Application Specialist to deliver training and technical support for Haematology and Haemostasis solutions. The role includes instrument installations, validation, and go-live activities across Saudi Arabia.

You will conduct proactive customer visits, build strong relationships with stakeholders and KOLs, and collaborate with Sales, Service and Product teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Travel within the Kingdom is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant laboratory or diagnostics experience.
• Experience in Haematology and/or Haemostasis is preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in Arabic and English.

Responsabilités

• Deliver application training and technical support for Haematology and Haemostasis solutions.
• Support instrument installations, method verification, validation and go-live activities.
• Conduct proactive customer visits and follow up on application-related requirements.
• Build strong relationships with customers, key stakeholders and KOLs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Service and Product Management teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Support workshops, scientific activities and continuous improvement initiatives.
