Job summary

Leica Biosystems, a Danaher company, seeks a Product & Application Manager in Saudi Arabia to lead histopathology product strategy and application excellence. You will manage the Application Consultant team, drive product adoption, support launches and expansion, and own tender responses for NUPCO and major institutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Histopathology, Biomedical Sciences, Medical Laboratory Sciences, Life Sciences, or related discipline.
• 7–10 years of relevant experience in applications, product management, or commercial roles within diagnostics or life sciences.
• Proven experience leading and developing application or technical teams.
• Strong knowledge of the Saudi healthcare market, MOH and institutional customers, with NUPCO tender experience.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead product strategy and market development for the histopathology portfolio in Saudi Arabia.
• Manage and develop the Application Consultant team; drive product adoption and market penetration.
• Own tender response strategy and execution for NUPCO and major institutional tenders.
• Collaborate with Sales, Service, Marketing, and Shared Services to align priorities and deliver customer value.
• Apply DBS tools to strengthen standard work and drive continuous improvement.
