You will manage appointments, greet visitors, and coordinate patient flow with a patient-centered approach.

Formación

• Experience in medical reception or healthcare customer service.
• Proficiency with clinic management systems.
• Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver a welcoming and professional reception experience.
• Organise, book, and confirm patient appointments.
• Coordinate patient entry and manage the waiting list.
• Greet patients and visitors warmly and professionally.
• Process payments and issue invoices accurately.
• Handle patient inquiries and direct them to the appropriate departments.
