Career Nest Academy seeks a seasoned Head Pastry Chef to lead pastry and bakery operations in Al Khobar. You will guide the team, shape the luxury café concept, and drive exceptional quality and innovation across the menu.

You will oversee production planning, scale operations for high-volume days, and ensure strict adherence to food safety standards while maintaining cost efficiency and brand alignment.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of professional pastry experience, with 2–3 years in a leadership role.
• Expertise in high-end pastry, viennoiserie, and baked goods.
• Experience managing production planning in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership, training, and developing junior chefs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee pastry and bakery production, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Lead the pastry team and daily operations, influence menu development.
• Contribute to product innovation and cost control initiatives.
• Manage production schedules, inventory, and supplier coordination.
