Job summary

Foreground is seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead talent acquisition from the Riyadh office. This hands-on leadership role covers full recruitment lifecycle across infrastructure projects, corporate roles at the holding level, and specialist talent for operating companies and the investment platform.

You will drive workforce planning, partner with project and business leaders, and deliver aggressive mobilization timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience: 6–10 years in recruitment, +3 years in management.
• Proven track record in infrastructure, construction, energy, oil and gas, or project-driven environments in Saudi Arabia or GCC.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment across holding, operating companies and project entities.
• Partner with project directors and investment teams to anticipate hiring needs and timelines.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies for technical and corporate talent with Saudi national focus.
• Own Saudization targets and localization strategy recruitment activity.
• Coach and develop a small recruitment team and manage external agencies.
