Job summary

Confidential in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia is seeking a Senior Recruiter specialized in non-Saudi recruitment to manage end-to-end hiring for engineering and infrastructure projects.

You will build candidate pipelines, source internationally and locally, screen CVs, interview, coordinate with agencies, and partner with hiring managers to meet project timelines. Fluent English is required, and experience with LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of recruitment/talent acquisition experience.
• Experience in construction, infrastructure, engineering, contracting or multi-site projects.
• Strong sourcing experience, international and local recruitment.
• Fluent English required.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, business admin or related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from requisition to offer.
• Source candidates internationally and in Saudi Arabia.
• Recruit for engineering, construction, technical and corporate roles.
• Develop pipelines for project positions.
• Screen CVs, interview and assess candidates.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and international agencies.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and reports.
• Ensure smooth handover to HR for onboarding.
