Job summary

Confidential in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia is seeking a Senior Recruiter specialized in non-Saudi recruitment to manage end-to-end hiring for engineering and infrastructure projects.

You will build candidate pipelines, source internationally and locally, screen CVs, interview, coordinate with agencies, and partner with hiring managers to meet project timelines. Fluent English is required, and experience with LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus.

Job description

We are seeking a hands-on recruitment professional with strong experience in recruitment, particularly within the construction, infrastructure, engineering and project environment.

This position will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment and building strong candidate pipelines for technical, engineering, corporate, skilled and project manpower requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from manpower requisition to offer acceptance.
• Source and attract candidates internationally and within Saudi Arabia through LinkedIn, job portals, recruitment databases, agencies and other sourcing channels.
• Recruit for engineering, construction, technical, corporate positions.
• Develop and maintain strong pipelines for critical and recurring project positions.
• Conduct CV screening, candidate interviews, assessments and shortlisting.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and candidate expectations.
• Coordinate with international recruitment agencies and sourcing partners.
• Evaluate agency-submitted candidates and ensure quality of shortlists.
• Conduct candidate follow-ups and manage the recruitment process through offer acceptance.
• Support salary discussions and offer coordination within approved company guidelines.
• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, candidate databases and recruitment reports.
• Ensure complete recruitment documentation and smooth handover to HR Operations for onboarding.
• Monitor recruitment timelines and proactively follow up to close vacancies within the required timeframe.
• Maintain a professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 6+ years of recruitment / talent acquisition experience, with strong hands-on sourcing experience.
• Previous experience in construction, infrastructure, engineering, contracting or multi-site project environments.
• Strong experience in international and local recruitment.
• Proven experience recruiting engineering and technical professionals.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing platforms, particularly LinkedIn Recruiter and online recruitment portals.
• Strong CV screening, interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously and work against tight recruitment deadlines.
• Strong communication, coordination and negotiation skills.
• Fluent English is required.
