Salt is seeking a Head of Sales for Saudi Arabia to own the Kingdom's commercial function and drive enterprise revenue. You will build the go-to-market infrastructure, lead direct and channel sales, and secure strategic customers across AI, cloud, and professional services.

You will shape pricing, packaging and commercial offerings while collaborating with product, engineering and marketing to align with market needs.

Formación

• Saudi national, currently based in Saudi Arabia.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in enterprise technology sales or country-level business development.
• Proven experience building, restructuring or scaling sales teams.
• Strong track record closing complex enterprise technology deals.
• Experience selling enterprise software, AI, cloud, infrastructure, SI or professional services.
• Strong relationships across the Saudi enterprise and government ecosystem.
• Practical experience implementing sales operations, commercial processes, forecasting and performance frameworks.
• Comfortable operating in an early-stage, fast-evolving organisation.

Responsabilidades

• Own and execute the Saudi commercial strategy, including customer segmentation, industry verticals, account coverage and territory planning.
• Develop a scalable go-to-market model across enterprise AI, infrastructure, software and professional services.
• Lead, coach and develop the Saudi sales organisation, including direct sales, channel partnerships and associated commercial functions.
• Establish sales processes, CRM discipline and forecasting methodologies.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, delivery, marketing and global technical teams to align commercial priorities with customer requirements.
