Job summary

SIHAMCO is looking for a Head of Operations to elevate all operational aspects of a fast-growing homegrown Saudi café chain in Jeddah. The ideal candidate should have 7-10 years of F&B operations management experience, strong operational and leadership skills, and a background in scalable restaurant concepts. This role involves overseeing multiple outlets and a central kitchen, developing SOPs, and preparing the brand for future expansion and franchising, ensuring high standards of quality and service across all locations.

Qualifications

• Must have proven experience in scaling café or fast-casual brands.
• Experience creating SOPs, training manuals, and operational structures is necessary.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced growth environment is critical.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across all multi-branch Café outlets and central kitchen.
• Build and implement strong SOPs and operational systems.
• Ensure consistency in quality, service, food safety, and customer experience.
