Job summary

Little Krazy in Riyadh is seeking an energetic Head Waiter to own the floor in a high-energy, entertainment-driven venue. You will lead the front-of-house team, engage guests with confidence, and help craft memorable experiences that keep guests coming back.

Fluency in English and Arabic is required, with 3–5 years in premium hospitality and prior Head Waiter experience. You will thrive in a vibrant atmosphere where music and celebrations are part of the guest journey.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a high-volume restaurant, premium casual, lifestyle, entertainment, or hospitality environment.
• Fluent in English and Arabic
• Previous experience as a Head Waiter.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service.
• Experience leading and developing a front-of-house team.
• Excellent English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.
• Experience working in international or multicultural hospitality environments is preferred.
• Must be flexible to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended hours during peak periods.
• A positive attitude and genuine enthusiasm for guest interaction are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the front-of-house service team during each shift.
• Act as a senior point of contact for guests, ensuring a fun, energetic, and highly engaging experience.
• Coordinate table service, reservations, guest flow, and special requests.
• Maintain excellent service standards while ensuring the atmosphere remains relaxed, vibrant, and entertaining.
• Lead by example with confident, warm, and engaging guest interaction.
• Be comfortable participating in the energy of the venue, including interacting with guests, and engaging with entertainment when appropriate.
• Anticipate guest needs and proactively resolve service issues.
• Coordinate closely with the Restaurant Manager, kitchen, bar, host team, and entertainment team.
• Brief and motivate the service team before each shift.
• Monitor table sections, service timing, presentation, and guest satisfaction.
• Support upselling of food, beverages, and special experiences in a natural and engaging manner.
• Handle VIP guests and special occasions with confidence and discretion.
• Coach junior waiters and ensure consistent service standards across the floor.
• Manage guest complaints professionally and elevate issues when required.
• Ensure all restaurant policies, hygiene standards, and operational procedures are followed.
• Support opening and closing procedures and maintain a clean, organised, and guest-ready restaurant.
