Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in hospitality, residential operations, property management, or operational leadership roles.
• Strong experience managing multi-site operations and leading senior property teams.
• Proven ability to build operational systems, SOPs, and scalable processes in a growing organization.
• Hospitality background in premium residential, hotel, branded residence, or lifestyle hospitality environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead General Managers across the Saudi portfolio with strong execution and accountability.
• Drive operational excellence in resident experience, maintenance, housekeeping, security, amenities, and hospitality services.
• Design and implement scalable SOPs, workflows, and service standards across Flow Saudi.
• Build operational playbooks for openings, staffing, training, and escalation management.
• Oversee day-to-day property operations with focus on hospitality and resident satisfaction.
