Job summary

Flow is seeking a Head of Finance, MENA in Riyadh (in-office) to own the regional financial plan, drive commercial insights, and build a scalable finance function across markets. You will partner with senior leadership to optimize capital allocation and ensure IFRS/SOCPA compliance in a rapidly growing real estate business.

Ideal candidates bring 12–15+ years in finance, CPA/ACCA/SOCPA, and hands-on treasury, controls, and reporting experience.

Qualifications

• 12–15+ years in finance with multi-site exposure.
• Proven track record in high-growth or PE-backed environments.
• Deep knowledge of IFRS, SOCPA, and Saudi tax regulations (ZATCA).

Responsibilities

• Own the regional financial plan including budget and long-term forecasts.
• Provide commercial insights on pricing, occupancy, and margins.
• Evaluate new initiatives and expansion opportunities across markets.
• Frame optimal capital structures and present board-ready analyses.
• Build and govern the finance function, policies, and controls.
• Lead a lean regional finance team across markets.
