Flow is seeking a Senior Head of Operations to lead our Saudi portfolio, unite General Managers, and scale operations across premium residential properties. You will shape systems, standards, and performance, balancing hospitality excellence with efficiency.

In this senior role, you will own operational KPIs, partner with product and technology teams, and build a playbook that supports rapid growth while maintaining a premium resident experience.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in hospitality, residential operations, property management, or operational leadership roles.
• Strong experience managing multi-site operations and leading senior property teams.
• Proven ability to build operational systems, SOPs, and scalable processes in a growing organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead General Managers across the Saudi portfolio with accountability for execution and consistency.
• Design and implement scalable SOPs, workflows, and service standards.
• Oversee day-to-day property operations with a focus on hospitality and resident experience.
• Own KPIs, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to optimize performance.
• Recruit and develop high-performing property leadership teams and align strategies with global leadership.
