Job summary

Rosewood Hotel Group is seeking a Director of Talent Development for the Rosewood Red Sea resort in Saudi Arabia. You will lead strategic learning initiatives, build leadership capabilities, and drive service excellence across all departments to enhance guest experiences and brand standards.

You will design and implement comprehensive development programmes, coach leaders, and collaborate with executives to sustain a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in talent development or learning and development within luxury hospitality.
• Proven expertise in Forbes Five-Star service standards.
• Experience leading learning functions and influencing leaders across complex hospitality operations.
• Strong leadership development, coaching, facilitation, and stakeholder partnership.
• Experience designing large-scale learning initiatives and talent development strategies.
• Ability to analyze development needs and measure programme effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive talent development strategy aligned with Rosewood brand standards and hotel objectives.
• Lead Forbes Five-Star service training across departments with measurable, consistent execution.
• Design onboarding, leadership development, compliance, and technical skills programmes.
• Partner with operational leaders to embed service excellence behaviours into daily practices and performance expectations.
• Drive succession planning, performance management, and development planning for organisational growth.
• Monitor learning impact via KPIs, guest feedback, and engagement metrics.
