Job summary

Qiddiya seeks an experienced Head of Learning to shape and deliver an enterprise learning architecture that supports current performance and builds future capabilities. You will partner with business and HR leaders to align learning with priorities, close critical skill gaps, and embed continuous development.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in Learning & Development, with 8+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of the Saudi learning environment and regulatory expectations.
• Digitally fluent with learning technologies; experience with SuccessFactors and Sana preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement learning architecture, frameworks, curricula, standards, and development journeys.
• Ensure learning practices align with Saudi regulatory requirements, internal policies, and quality standards.
• Lead the growth, adoption, and integration of Qiddiya's learning ecosystem, including SuccessFactors, Sana, and future digital learning solutions.
• Design and lead the future learning organization.
