Job summary

Qiddiya City is seeking a Senior Specialist - Training Administration to run the LMS/LXP platform for the QREL academy. You will ensure learner configuration, content publishing, schedules, and data modeling, delivering a seamless learner experience for internal and external audiences.

You will coordinate calendars, manage onboarding, publishing, dashboards in Power BI, and collaborate with DS teams and BU leads to support timely, accurate reporting and data governance in a fast-paced,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Experience managing LMS/LXP environments and learner accounts.
• Proficiency with dashboards and reporting tools (Power BI or equivalent).
• Familiarity with SCORM content and content publishing processes.
• Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day LMS/LXP administrator for Qiddiya Real Estate LearnLab online academy.
• Create and manage learner accounts, roles, cohorts, and access across programs.
• Manage enrollments, transfers, and learner registers.
• Configure smart groups, learning paths, and auto-enrolment rules.
• Administer certificates and badges and verify with test results.
• Troubleshoot access issues, SCORM loading, and platform navigation problems.
• Maintain learner database with regular audits and data accuracy.
• Coordinate training calendar, invitations, and pre-session materials.
• Track attendance and manage live and scheduled sessions.
• Coordinate in-person training logistics as required.
• Publish and maintain content using native LMS authoring tools.
• Develop dashboards and reports for stakeholders; monitor platform health.
• Ensure data governance and privacy compliance.
