Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company seeks a Senior Manager, Leadership Development to own the leadership curriculum end to end—from identifying needs to designing programs and delivering it personally.

The role combines design and delivery, requiring hands-on facilitation, executive coaching, and ongoing capability-building across a large organization. You will lead TNA for the leadership pillar and collaborate with business leaders to close gaps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, psychology, business or related field.
• Master's degree or advanced HR certification preferred.
• 8–10+ years in leadership, management, or executive development with enterprise-wide delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and evolve the leadership development framework and curriculum spanning frontline supervisors through senior leaders.
• Translate business priorities and future skills needs into program design decisions with executive partnership.
• Build and run interventions using digital, blended, and experiential formats to drive behavioral change.
• Scan industry shifts and emerging leadership practices to keep the curriculum current.
• Own training needs analysis (TNA) for the leadership pillar with business leaders to identify gaps.
• Prioritize capability gaps by business impact and urgency.
• Personally deliver leadership training sessions and coach senior leaders.
• Structure and scale the internal coaching culture, including criteria and standards.
• Select and manage external facilitators and tools when specialist delivery is required.
