Job summary

• Design and implement learning architecture, frameworks, curricula, standards, and development journeys.
• Ensure learning practices align with Saudi regulatory requirements, internal policies, and quality standards.
• Lead the growth, adoption, and integration of Qiddiya's learning ecosystem, including SuccessFactors, Sana, and future digital learning solutions.
• Design and lead the future learning organization.

We are seeking an experienced, forward‑thinking Head of Learning to lead the development and delivery of Qiddiya's learning architecture, ensuring learning enables performance today and builds the capabilities required for future growth. Reporting to the Executive Director - Talent Management, the role will partner closely with business and HR leaders to align learning with operational priorities, close critical skill gaps, and embed continuous development. Combining strategic focus, strong knowledge of the Saudi learning environment, and hands‑on execution, it will build internal capability, shape impactful learning experiences, and position Qiddiya at the forefront of learning and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement Qiddiya's learning architecture, frameworks, pathways, curricula, standards, and development journeys.
• Ensure learning practices align with Saudi regulatory requirements, internal policies, and quality standards.
• Lead the growth, adoption, and integration of Qiddiya's learning ecosystem, including SuccessFactors, Sana, and future digital learning solutions.
• Design and lead the future learning organization.

Key Requirements

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in Learning & Development, with at least 8 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Proven success designing and delivering enterprise learning in complex, fast-paced environments.
• Strong understanding of the Saudi learning environment and regulatory expectations.
• Digitally fluent, with strong understanding of learning technologies; experience working with SuccessFactors and Sana preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Business Administration or related field; Master's degree or advanced HR certifications preferred.
