Job summary

Qiddiya | القدية is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the development and governance of the implementation plan across the enterprise. You will coordinate across districts, asset classes and corporate functions to ensure alignment of development sequencing, readiness and delivery priorities.

The role requires fluency in English with potential Arabic proficiency, and a strong background in civil engineering, construction management or project management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Urban Planning or Project Management.
• Master's degree is preferred.
• Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, PgMP, APM, AACE, CIOB or equivalent) are preferred.
• Fluent in written and verbal English; Arabic proficiency preferred.
• Analyzes operational data to support decision-making.
• Coordinates with internal stakeholders to support effective execution of activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and continual enhancement of the Qiddiya Implementation Plan.
• Consolidate district, asset-class and enabling infrastructure plans into a unified portfolio view.
• Provide executive implementation insights by assessing phasing decisions and delivery dependencies.
• Assess alternative implementation scenarios to support informed decisions and long-term objectives.
• Establish governance and standards for enterprise implementation planning across Development.
