Job summary

Qiddiya in Saudi Arabia seeks an experienced leader to drive integrated planning, governance and data-driven decision-making across the development portfolio. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Urban Planning, Project Management, or a related field.
• Fluency in written and verbal English; Arabic preferred.
• Professional certifications in project/program management (e.g., PMP, PgMP, AACE, CIOB) are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead integration of implementation planning across districts, BUs and corporate functions to align priorities and sequencing.
• Establish enterprise data governance standards and reporting controls to ensure accuracy and decision readiness.
• Govern cross-functional dependency management and governance forums to mitigate risks and optimize portfolio outcomes.
• Provide executive recommendations on priorities, sequencing and readiness to support portfolio optimization.
