Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a seasoned leader to drive end-to-end hospitality development from concept to handover and operational readiness. You will shape strategy, feasibility, and guest experience, coordinating across strategy, asset management, design, delivery and Operators to ensure a differentiated, high-value portfolio.

With 20+ years in real estate or hospitality development, you will influence executives, manage complex stakeholder networks and uphold Qiddiya's quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Development, Architecture, Engineering or related discipline.
• Professional membership or recognised certification preferred (e.g. RICS, RIBA, PMP or equivalent).
• 20+ years' experience in real estate or hospitality development.
• Experience shaping development strategy, feasibility and positioning.
• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of value creation.
• Strong judgement in complex, high-value development environments.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive key decisions through clear communication and storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic development of hospitality assets from briefing through delivery.
• Shape asset strategy, feasibility and business plans.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across strategy, asset management, design, delivery and Operators.
• Ensure assets align with vision and quality benchmarks.
• Provide strategic oversight of asset decisions to maximise differentiation.
• Lead asset validation milestones and gateway decisions.
• Manage interfaces, risks and opportunities across workstreams.
• Lead governance and executive reporting on asset strategy and priorities.
• Mentor and develop teams across the portfolio.
