Qiddiya Investment Company seeks an experienced leader to drive end-to-end development of hospitality assets from concept and business case through to delivery and operational readiness.

You will shape asset strategy, feasibility and plans to define positioning, guest experience and value creation, while aligning with strategy across design, delivery and operators to ensure best-in-class outcomes. You will mentor teams and manage governance reporting to protect value and momentum.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Development, Architecture, Engineering or related discipline.
• Professional Certifications if required (RICS, RIBA, PMP or equivalent).
• 15+ years experience in real estate or hospitality development.

Mansioni

• Lead end-to-end development of hospitality assets from concept through delivery.
• Shape asset strategy, feasibility and business plans.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across strategy, asset management, design, delivery and operators.
• Ensure assets meet vision, quality benchmarks and guest experience targets.
• Provide strategic oversight on asset positioning, room mix, amenities and operations.
