Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company in Riyadh seeks a senior leader to drive the end-to-end development of hospitality assets—from concept through to delivery and handover. You will shape development strategy, feasibility, and business plans, aligning strategy with design, delivery, and Operators while ensuring exceptional guest experiences and long-term value.

The role requires 15+ years in real estate or hospitality development, GCC experience preferred, and a Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Development, Architecture, Engineering or related discipline.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end development of hospitality assets from concept to delivery.
Shape asset strategy, feasibility and business plans.
Drive cross-functional alignment across strategy, asset management, design, delivery and Operators.
Ensure assets align with Qiddiya's vision, benchmarks and guest experience.
Provide strategic oversight of asset decisions to maximise differentiation and portfolio value.
Lead governance and executive reporting processes, articulating asset strategy and priorities.
Mentor, guide and develop teams across the portfolio.
