Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Development, Architecture, Engineering or related discipline.
• 15+ years' experience in real estate or hospitality development.
• Professional certifications preferred (e.g. RICS, RIBA, PMP).

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic development of hospitality assets from briefing to delivery and readiness.
• Shape asset strategy, feasibility and business plans to define positioning and value creation.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across strategy, asset management, design, delivery and Operators.
• Ensure assets align with vision and quality benchmarks delivering best-in-class guest experience.
• Provide strategic oversight of asset decisions including positioning, room mix and amenities.
• Lead governance and executive reporting, articulating priorities and risks clearly.
• Mentor and develop teams across the portfolio.
