Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a senior development leader to guide the end-to-end creation of hospitality assets, from concept to delivery and handover. You will shape strategy, feasibility, and value creation while aligning strategy with operators and cross-functional teams.

You will drive governance, risk oversight and executive reporting, mentoring teams, and ensuring assets deliver premium guest experiences and strong commercial performance within a major destination project in Saudi

Qualifications

20+ years of real estate or hospitality development experience
Strong commercial acumen and value creation understanding
Professional membership or certification preferred (RICS, RIBA, PMP or equivalent)
Strong judgement in complex, high-value development environments
Ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage multiple workstreams

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end development of hospitality assets from concept through delivery
Shape asset strategy, feasibility and business plans to define positioning and value creation
Drive cross-functional alignment across strategy, asset management, design, delivery and Operators
Ensure assets align with vision and quality benchmarks, delivering best-in-class guest experience
Provide strategic oversight of asset decisions, including positioning and operational planning
Lead governance and executive reporting on asset strategy and risks
Mentor, guide and develop teams across the portfolio
Experience shaping development strategy and lifecycle from feasibility to handover
Experience across multi-stakeholder, large-scale environments
GCC experience preferred
