Job summary

THA Venues, Parks & Resorts in Riyadh is recruiting Venue Project Managers to join a dedicated full-time team embedded in the client’s Masterplan function in Riyadh. You will lead one assigned venue from concept to close-out, spanning design, build, F&B, guest experience and on-site operations.

This hands-on senior role requires delivering an integrated venue plan, producing the venue programme and critical path, reporting risks, and coordinating with landlords, operators and authorities.

Qualifications

• Senior venue project management experience including end-to-end delivery.
• Strong leadership and cross-disciplinary coordination capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and reporting skills.
• Proven ability to manage complex venue programmes and critical paths.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned venue as a project from concept through build readiness, handover and close-out.
• Personally produce the venue programme, critical path and readiness evidence.
• Maintain one integrated venue plan across all disciplines and stages.
• Coordinate with landlords, building operators, authorities, and on-site vendors.
• Provide timely reporting of status, risks and required decisions, with clear options.
