Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company seeks a Senior Director – Distribution to define and optimize the destination's distribution strategy across all domestic and international sales channels. You will lead expansion, partnerships, and technology enablement to maximize demand and profitability.

You will collaborate with Revenue Management, Marketing, Technology, and Finance to drive performance, ensure optimal product positioning, and steer a high-performing distribution team toward strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12–14 years in distribution or related fields.
• At least 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing distribution strategy.
• Experience with large-scale distribution ecosystems and partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead Qiddiya's distribution strategy across domestic and international channels.
• Oversee OTA, GDS, travel trade partners, corporate travel, DMCs, wholesalers, and direct channels.
• Drive channel expansion, revenue growth, and partner engagement strategies.
• Develop strategic agreements with key distribution partners and annual joint plans.
• Lead governance, performance reporting, and insights for distribution activities.
• Manage technology enablement including CMS, CRS, booking platforms, and GDS integrations.
• Collaborate with revenue management, marketing, technology, and finance to maximize demand.
