Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company in Riyadh seeks a Senior Director of Distribution to shape and optimize its distribution strategy across global channels. You will lead revenue growth, partner negotiations, and governance for the network spanning OTAs, GDS, travel trade, and direct channels.

You will build and manage a high-performing team, collaborate with Revenue, Marketing, Technology, and external partners, and drive digital transformation to maximize demand, conversion, and market penetration.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to define and execute distribution strategy aligned with visitation, revenue, and growth objectives.
• Experience building channel architectures and market coverage plans across domestic and international markets.
• Track record of driving revenue growth and profitability through distribution partnerships and tech enablement.
• Experience managing large-scale distribution ecosystems with OTA, GDS, travel trade, and direct channels.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement long-term distribution strategy aligned with destination goals.
• Lead expansion and management of global distribution network and strategic partnerships.
• Negotiate major distribution contracts and establish annual joint business plans.
• Own distribution revenue performance and optimize pricing, inventory, and channel mix.
• Oversee CMS, CRS, booking platforms, and GDS integrations and digital enablement.
• Establish governance, dashboards, and reporting on distribution performance and risks.
• Build and lead a high-performing distribution team with a focus on accountability and innovation.
