Responsibilities include creating menus with an international focus, training staff, controlling inventory and costs, maintaining food safety, and collaborating with management to enhance the dining experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Head Chef in a fine dining restaurant or hotel setting.
• Expertise in international cuisine, preferably with experience in African or Egyptian cuisine.
• Strong knowledge of culinary trends, techniques, and ingredients.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
