We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Chef de Cuisine with expertise in Indian cuisine to join our team in Jeddah. As a chef de cuisine, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, creating and developing menus, and maintaining high-quality food standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily kitchen operations, including ordering ingredients, managing inventory, and maintaining cleanliness


• Collaborate with management to develop new dishes and menu items

• Create cost-effective menus while maintaining high-quality standards


• Monitor food costs and manage budget effectively


• Maintain a positive working relationship with the team

Requirements
