Job summary

Bayer is recruiting a Customer Engagement Specialist (CES) in KSA to liaise with Healthcare Professionals and Thought Leaders, building education curricula and Bayer content. You will manage a speaker network, align scientific interests with brand goals, and contribute to a dynamic educational calendar.

The role requires a Pharmaceutical Sciences degree and at least 1 year in pharma, with Saudi national eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences; 1 year in a pharmaceutical company preferred.
• Saudi national citizen required per country regulations for KSA.
• Experience in a pharmaceutical environment and healthcare stakeholder engagement is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Articulate disease and brand messaging to HCPs and co-create curricula with speakers.
• Identify and map HCP speakers and maintain updated lists per market dynamics.
• Lead one-to-one discussions to identify scientific interests and align Bayer objectives with HCP needs.
• Report interactions in Veeva and translate insights into future brand messaging.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to plan meetings and educational events.
