Job summary

Nestlé Saudi Arabia seeks a field-based Medical Nutrition Promotion Specialist to deliver scientific detailing to paediatricians and healthcare staff in Riyadh. You will manage territory call cycles, build lasting HCP relationships, and ensure compliant, evidence-based communications.

You will log data in CRM, monitor market dynamics, and support educational activities while traveling within Riyadh to meet targets and contribute to education events.

Qualifications

Degree in a life-science field; pharmacy/medicine/nursing/nutrition preferred.
Experience in pharmaceutical or medical/nutrition field promotion preferred.
Fluency in Arabic and proficient English for reporting.

Responsibilities

Execute the HCP call cycle and segmentation plan in the Riyadh territory.
Deliver accurate, compliant scientific detailing on nutritional science and product range to paediatricians and healthcare staff.
Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with key HCPs and clinic/hospital gatekeepers.
Identify and develop new HCP relationships and untapped accounts to expand solutions presence in the territory.
Follow up on scientific requests and questions within agreed timelines.
Log calls, HCP data, and market intelligence accurately in the CRM system.
Monitor competitor activity, HCP sentiment, and local market dynamics, escalating insights to the MFM.
Support and represent products at approved scientific meetings, hospital events, and nurses'/HCP education activities.
Comply with the WHO Code, Nestlé policy, and local regulatory requirements.
Manage territory journey planning within policy.
Participate in joint field visits with the MFM and act on coaching feedback to improve call quality.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree, preferably in Pharmacy, Medicine, Nursing, Nutrition, or a related life-science field.
Prior experience in pharmaceutical, FMCG-health, or medical/nutrition field promotion is preferred.
Fluent Arabic and good English (spoken and written) for HCP and internal reporting communication.
Valid Saudi driving license (Own Car).
Willingness to travel daily within the Riyadh territory and Riyadh remotes.
