Job summary

Airbus Helicopters Arabia for Aircraft Maintenance in Taif, Saudi Arabia, seeks a H125 B1 Mechanical Training instructor. You will study customer training regulations and develop Course Training Standard, Course Instructional Plans and Course Synopsis in accordance with customer regulations.

The role includes developing Basic and advanced Specialty courses, editing the Master Training Plan, performing On The Job Training (OJT) to customer’s technician with training aids developed prior, and

Responsibilities

• Comply with Aviation, Safety, Quality and Export Control Regulations and Procedures
• Comply with Airbus Helicopters Management Systems, Policies and Regulations
• Check training tools for condition and expiration before use
• Check components for condition and applicability of documentation
• Determine and perform maintenance requirements for parts, clearances, tolerances, fuel/hydraulic leaks and corrosion
• Interpret wiring diagrams and technical publications
• Ensure work is recorded on paperwork and signed off per AHA System
• Correct use and control of aircraft parts and materials
• Verify aircraft status and Release to Service criteria
• Ensure timely work completion meeting delivery quality requirements
• Evaluate trainee performance and conduct on-the-job training
• Train personnel on maintenance manuals and safety directives/FOD procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned

Job Location: Saudi Arabia, Taif City.

Job Summary:

• The H125 B1 Mechanical Training instructor will be responsible to:
• Study and analyze customer training regulations
• Develop Course Training Standard, Course Instructional Plans and Course Synopsis in accordance with customer regulations
• Develop Basic and advance Specialty courses in accordance with customer regulations
• Edit and update Master Training Plan
• Perform On The Job Training (OJT) to customer’s technician with training aids developed prior.

List of responsibilities:

• Comply with all Aviation, Safety, Quality and Export Control Regulations and Procedures
• Comply with all Airbus Helicopters Management Systems, Policies and Regulations
• Check every time before to start any training activity tools/GSE´s for condition and expiration date, and ensure their correct use
• Check every time before starting any training activity the components and parts for conditions (damages, leaks etc.) and that the applicability of the documentation is correct
• Determine and perform maintenance requirements for parts, clearances, tolerance, fuel and hydraulic leaks and corrosion damage
• Interpret wiring diagrams and technical publication
• Ensure that all work performed is recorded on the appropriate paperwork and signed for on a progressive basis required by AHA Management System
• Ensure the correct use and control of aircraft parts and materials
• Verify that the aircraft status regarding scheduled tasks and deferred items is updated, the aircraft condition is serviceable and in accordance with applicable AHA Management System to perform the Release to Service of the aircraft
• Ensuring that all work is completed in a timely fashion and meets the delivery quality requirements of the AHA Management System
• Evaluate performance of assigned customer’s trainee
• Conduct on-the-job training activity
• Train personnel on the use of maintenance manuals
• Train personnel in all safety directives and FOD procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned
