Job summary

Airbus Helicopters Arabia for Aircraft Maintenance in Taif, Saudi Arabia, seeks a professional H125 B2 Electrical/Avionics Training instructor to develop course standards and deliver on-the-job training.

You will ensure compliance with aviation regulations, audit tools, and update training plans while conducting hands-on training for customer technicians. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and export control adherence in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Comply with Aviation, Safety, Quality and Export Control Regulations and Procedures
• Comply with Airbus Helicopters Management Systems, Policies and Regulations
• Check tools/GSEs for condition and expiration before training
• Check components and parts for condition and documentation applicability
• Inspect electric, avionic instruments and flight control systems
• Record work on paperwork and sign off progressively
• Control aircraft parts and materials
• Verify aircraft status, update scheduled tasks and sign Release to Service
• Interpret wiring diagrams and technical publications
• Evaluate trainee performance
• Conduct on-the-job training and use maintenance manuals
• Train personnel in safety directives and FOD procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned

Job Summary:

• The H125 B2 Electrical / Avionics Training instructor will be responsible to:
• Study and analyze customer training regulations
• Develop Course Training Standard, Course Instructional Plans and Course Synopsis in accordance with customer regulations
• Develop Basic and advance Specialty courses in accordance with customer regulations
• Edit and update Master Training Plan
• Perform On The Job Training (OJT) to customer’s technician with training aids developed prior

Responsibilities

• Comply with all Aviation, Safety, Quality and Export Control Regulations and Procedures
• Comply with all Airbus Helicopters Management Systems, Policies and Regulations
• Check every time before to start any training activity tools/GSE´s for condition and expiration date, and ensure their correct use
• Check every time before starting any training activity the components and parts for conditions (damages, leaks etc.) and that the applicability of the documentation is correct
• Inspects electric, avionic instrument and flight control systems (auto pilot included)
• Ensure that all work performed is recorded on the appropriate paperwork and signed for on a progressive basis
• Ensure the correct use and control of aircraft parts and materials
• Verify aircraft status regarding scheduled tasks and deferred items is updated, the aircraft condition is serviceable and sign the Release to Service of the aircraft
• Interpret wiring diagrams and technical publication
• Evaluate performance of assigned customer’s trainee
• Conduct on-the-job training activity
• Train personnel on the use of maintenance manuals
• Train personnel in all safety directives and FOD procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned
