Job summary

Airbus Helicopters in Taif City, Saudi Arabia, seeks a qualified H125 B2 Electrical Avionics Training instructor to study and analyze customer training regulations and develop Course Training Standards, Instructional Plans, and Course Synopses in line with customer requirements.

You will create Basic and Advanced Specialty courses, edit the Master Training Plan, and perform On The Job Training for customer technicians using tailored training aids, while adhering to safety and quality policies.

Qualifications

• Study and analyze customer training regulations.
• Develop Course Training Standard, Course Instructional Plans and Course Synopsis in accordance with customer regulations.
• Develop Basic and advanced Specialty courses in accordance with customer regulations.
• Edit and update Master Training Plan.
• Perform On The Job Training (OJT) to customer’s technician with training aids developed prior.

Responsibilities

• Comply with all Aviation Safety Quality and Export Control Regulations and Procedures.
• Comply with all Airbus Helicopters Management Systems Policies and Regulations.
• Check tools/GSE for condition and expiration date before training activities and ensure correct use.
• Check components and parts for conditions, damages, leaks, etc., and correct applicability of documentation.
• Inspect electric avionics instruments and flight control systems including auto pilot.
• Ensure work performed is recorded on paperwork and signed progressively.
• Ensure correct use and control of aircraft parts and materials.
• Verify aircraft status regarding scheduled tasks and deferred items; sign Release to Service if serviceable.
• Interpret wiring diagrams and technical publications.
• Evaluate performance of assigned customer’s trainee.
• Conduct on-the-job training activity.
• Train personnel on the use of maintenance manuals.
• Train personnel in all safety directives and FOD procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Check every time before to start any training activity tools GSE s for condition and expiration date and ensure their correct use
• Check every time before starting any training activity the components and parts for conditions damages leaks etc and that the applicability of the documentation is correct
• Inspects electric avionic instrument and flight control systems auto pilot included
• Ensure that all work performed is recorded on the appropriate paperwork and signed for on a progressive basis
• Ensure the correct use and control of aircraft parts and materials
• Verify aircraft status regarding scheduled tasks and deferred items is updated the aircraft condition is serviceable and sign the Release to Service of the aircraft
• Interpret wiring diagrams and technical publication
• Evaluate performance of assigned customer s trainee
• Conduct on-the-job training activity
• Train personnel on the use of maintenance manuals
• Train personnel in all safety directives and FOD procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned
