Job summary

Airbus Helicopters Arabia for Aircraft Maintenance in Taif, Saudi Arabia, seeks a professional H125 B1 Mechanical Training instructor to design and deliver course material in accordance with customer regulations.

You will conduct on-the-job training, develop course standards and instructional plans, update the Master Training Plan, and ensure all work aligns with Airbus safety, quality and export control requirements.

Responsibilities

• Comply with Aviation, Safety, Quality and Export Control Regulations and Procedures
• Comply with Airbus Helicopters Management Systems, Policies and Regulations
• Check training tools/GSE for condition and expiry before each activity
• Check components and parts for condition and documentation accuracy before training
• Determine and perform maintenance requirements for parts, clearances, tolerances, fuel/hydraulic leaks and corrosion
• Interpret wiring diagrams and technical publications
• Record all work in the appropriate paperwork as required by the AHA Management System
• Ensure correct use and control of aircraft parts and materials
• Verify aircraft status and readiness for Release to Service
• Ensure timely completion of work meeting AHA quality standards
• Evaluate trainee performance and conduct on-the-job training
• Train personnel in use of maintenance manuals
• Train personnel in safety directives and FOD procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned

Job Summary

• The H125 B1 Mechanical Training instructor will be responsible to:
• Study and analyze customer training regulations
• Develop Course Training Standard, Course Instructional Plans and Course Synopsis in accordance with customer regulations
• Develop Basic and advance Specialty courses in accordance with customer regulations
• Edit and update Master Training Plan
• Perform On The Job Training (OJT) to customer’s technician with training aids developed prior.

List of responsibilities

• Comply with all Aviation, Safety, Quality and Export Control Regulations and Procedures
• Comply with all Airbus Helicopters Management Systems, Policies and Regulations
• Check every time before to start any training activity tools/GSE´s for condition and expiration date, and ensure their correct use
• Check every time before starting any training activity the components and parts for conditions (damages, leaks etc.) and that the applicability of the documentation is correct
• Determine and perform maintenance requirements for parts, clearances, tolerance, fuel and hydraulic leaks and corrosion damage
• Interpret wiring diagrams and technical publication
• Ensure that all work performed is recorded on the appropriate paperwork and signed for on a progressive basis required by AHA Management System
• Ensure the correct use and control of aircraft parts and materials
• Verify that the aircraft status regarding scheduled tasks and deferred items is updated, the aircraft condition is serviceable and in accordance with applicable AHA Management System to perform the Release to Service of the aircraft
• Ensuring that all work is completed in a timely fashion and meets the delivery quality requirements of the AHA Management System
• Evaluate performance of assigned customer’s trainee
• Conduct on-the-job training activity
• Train personnel on the use of maintenance manuals
• Train personnel in all safety directives and FOD procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned
