Qualifications

• Experience in reception or guest services within a hospitality or resort setting.
• Ability to manage bookings, inquiries and registrations accurately.
• Excellent English communication, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Center Manager and support smooth daily operations.
• Maintain center appearance and professional retail environment.
• Manage inventory, purchasing budgets, and stock levels.
• Handle customer inquiries, bookings, and course/rental questions.
• Assist with dive center administration and planning when needed.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company policies.
