Job summary

Red Sea Global is seeking a Dive Center Supervisor to oversee the on-site dive operations at our luxury marine destination. You will support the Dive Center Manager in delivering safe, high-quality training, excursions, and guest experiences, while leading instructors and staff to maintain premium service standards.

Qualifications

• Certified Scuba Instructor with active teaching status.
• Minimum 500 logged dives.
• Proven experience certifying students across core diving courses.
• Five or more specialty instructor ratings.
• Experience in multi-site environments and luxury hospitality.
• Health and safety focused with risk management knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Support the Dive Center Manager in day-to-day operations and performance of the dive center.
• Supervise dive team including instructors, dive masters, and support staff.
• Develop and standardize dive center operations across assets.
• Ensure compliance with environmental and safety requirements.
• Lead dive excursions and deliver on-site training programs as senior instructor.
• Maintain records of dive operations, certifications, and guest activities.
• Support retail and guest engagement activities and ensure high standards of presentation.
