Job summary

BECO Capital is seeking a senior investment professional to lead growth-stage opportunities in Saudi Arabia. You will own origination, lead due diligence, and drive investment memos through to Committee decisions, shaping portfolio value and governance post-investment.

Fluency in Arabic and English is required, with a hands-on, high-integrity approach. You will work directly with General Partners to source deals, manage timelines, and map exit strategies from day one, contributing to BECO’s

Qualifications

• 6–9 years in an investment role (growth/PE/VC or related).
• Deep understanding of the Saudi market and regulatory context.
• Strong financial modeling and commercial judgment.

Responsibilities

• Originate and cover growth-stage opportunities in the Kingdom.
• Lead end-to-end due diligence across commercial, financial, and operational workstreams.
• Prepare investment memos and support IC recommendations.
