Job summary

Confidential in the Saudi market seeks a senior M&A leader to drive growth through acquisitions, mergers, investments, and partnerships. You will lead the strategy, pipeline, valuation, due diligence, and closing processes.

You will coordinate with Finance, Legal, Strategy, HR, and external partners, manage banks and advisors, and present proposals to Executive Management and the Board. 10+ years of experience and MBA preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years in M&A, corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, or corporate development.
• Strong experience in M&A transactions, valuation, financial modeling, due diligence, and negotiations.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the M&A strategy and transaction pipeline.
• Identify, assess, and prioritize potential M&A opportunities.
• Lead end-to-end transactions: valuation, due diligence, structuring, negotiation, closing.
• Develop financial models, business cases, and investment recommendations.
• Lead negotiations with shareholders, investors, targets, and advisors.
• Coordinate with Finance, Legal, Strategy, HR, and other functions throughout transactions.
• Manage investment banks, legal advisors, consultants, and other external partners.
• Lead post‑merger integration and monitor synergies and value creation.
• Prepare and present M&A proposals and recommendations to Executive Management and the Board.
