Job summary

Nutrili, a fast-growing wellness brand based in Riyadh, invites a Strategic Partnerships & Marketing Growth Associate to join our ambitious team. You will build and grow offline partnerships, manage activations, and develop a structured partnership pipeline to drive measurable growth.

You will work across gyms, clinics, wellness studios, hotels, and corporate wellness programs, negotiating opportunities and coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver impactful campaigns and repeatable revenue

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in partnerships, business development, trade marketing, retail account management, brand activations, or key account growth.
• Experience in wellness, beauty, supplements, FMCG, pharmacy, or premium lifestyle brands is preferred.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support priority partners after listing and build account plans for strategic partners.
• Develop partnership proposals that align with Nutrili’s brand and commercial objectives.
• Plan and execute in-store activations, wellness pop-ups, and events with clear objectives and post-event reports.
• Maintain a structured partnership pipeline with owners, deadlines, and next steps.
• Track partner performance and provide leadership with recommendations on resource allocation.
