Job summary

Accorhotel in Medina is seeking a dynamic Sales/Business Development specialist to identify opportunities and expand the customer base. You will build lasting relationships with clients and promote the company's services to prospective customers.

You will prepare quotations, negotiate terms within guidelines, and drive revenue growth while collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in sales or business development.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Good customer relationship management skills.
• Ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Valid driving license, if required for the position.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Present and promote the company's products and services to prospective clients.
• Prepare and submit quotations proposals and sales offers.
• Negotiate pricing terms and conditions within company guidelines.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue growth.
• Follow up on customer inquiries quotations orders and payments.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs market trends and competitor activities.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
• Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular sales reports.
• Attend client meetings sales presentations and industry events as required.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and provide after-sales support.
