Job description

We are looking for a highly analytical and creative Growth Hacking Specialist to accelerate customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth. The role will focus on identifying growth opportunities, running rapid experiments, optimizing conversion funnels, and using data to scale successful initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategies across acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue.
• Design and run A/B tests and growth experiments to identify scalable opportunities.
• Analyze customer behavior, conversion funnels, and campaign performance to uncover growth opportunities.
• Optimize digital channels including paid media, SEO, email, social media, and referral campaigns.
• Improve CAC, conversion rate, retention, and ROI/ROAS through continuous testing and optimization.
• Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Technology teams to drive growth initiatives.
• Build dashboards and track key growth KPIs to support data-driven decisions.
• Identify new channels, partnerships, automation opportunities, and unconventional approaches to customer acquisition.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Growth Hacking.
• Strong knowledge of Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and experimentation/A-B testing.
• Strong understanding of conversion funnels, CAC, LTV, retention, and attribution.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with CRM, marketing automation, and data visualization tools is preferred.
