Job summary

Setup.sa is hiring a Growth Hacking Specialist to fuse programming, data, and digital marketing into automated growth systems. You will build scalable acquisition and activation channels from scratch in Riyadh, working hands-on with AI tools and analytics.

You will launch fast experiments, analyze results, and optimize campaigns and content across channels, contributing to a high-velocity startup culture and a measurable impact on growth.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate from a College of Information Technology or equivalent with no more than 2 years of practical experience.
• Strong knowledge of Python, with practical programming skills (automation, APIs, data processing).
• Knowledge of image and video editing tools for campaigns and digital channels.
• Ability and willingness to learn photography to support content production when needed.
• Basic understanding of SEO techniques (on-page, technical, keywords, tracking).
• Basic understanding of Google Ads, campaign mechanics, tracking, and optimization.
• Deep understanding of Claude.ai and its tools for research, writing, and automation.
• Excellent English, both spoken and written.
• Ability to work on-site at our offices in Riyadh.
• Strong ability to self-learn, experiment quickly, and operate in a startup environment.
• Willingness to put in exceptional effort and work long hours when needed.
• A data-driven mindset: decisions based on numbers, not impressions.
• Discipline in daily execution and follow-up, with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Plan and run paid campaigns on social media platforms, measure cost versus results, and optimize performance.
• Improve the website’s SEO from technical and content perspectives, monitor keywords, pages, speed, and site structure.
• Manage Google Ads campaigns with conversion tracking and ROI analysis.
• Build and run large-scale automated email campaigns with segmentation and A/B testing.
• Publish high-quality content across channels aligned with growth objectives.
• Edit images and videos for campaigns, social media, and landing pages.
• Use market and competitor tools and social listening to identify growth opportunities.
• Build and automate CRM systems and follow-up pipelines, integrating sources.
• Manage the website for performance, conversions, and tracking.
• Leverage Claude.ai for research, writing, data analysis, and automation.
• Write Python scripts to collect, clean, and analyze data and connect systems.
• Design rapid growth experiments, measure results, scale what works.
• Set up dashboards for core growth metrics: traffic, leads, cost, conversion, revenue.
