Qualifications

• Experience coordinating group meetings and events.
• Strong negotiation and contract closure skills.
• Ability to manage client relationships from contract to event.
• Proficiency with hotel booking and event management systems.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive group sales by handling inquiries and securing meetings and group accommodations (10–50 rooms, varies by hotel).
• Generate new leads through outbound efforts, proposals, and tailored sales strategies.
• Promote the property with site inspections and tours.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements with clients/vendors.
• Manage client relationships from contract to event execution.
• Handle event documentation, bookings, site visits, VIP services.
• Prepare and share BEOs, resumes, menus, diagrams, and post-event reports.
• Stay organized, manage timelines, and ensure accurate records.
• Collaborate with Operations, Catering, and Revenue teams for seamless handoff.
