Hilton is seeking a Group, Conference and Events (GCE) Sales Coordinator to brighten guests’ stays by driving GCE bookings and delivering memorable experiences at our hotels. You will convert leads, upsell services, manage the events calendar, and build strong client relationships to generate repeat business.

Responsibilities include arranging site visits to showcase spaces, ensuring smooth handover of booked events, and supporting hotel promotions to increase GCE activity.

• Convert leads into bookings by responding to and converting incoming group and event enquiries to meet sales targets and maximize revenue
• Drive upselling and conversion by identifying opportunities to upsell services and improve conversion rates with high-quality sales tactics
• Optimize event scheduling by managing the events calendar to support yield and space utilization
• Build strong client relationships by engaging with customers to understand their needs, foster loyalty, and generate repeat business
• Lead impactful site visits by arranging and conducting hotel show rounds to showcase spaces and services aligned with client expectations
• Support seamless event execution with accurate administration and smooth handover of booked events for on-property delivery
• Support hotel promotions by participating in promotional activities to increase visibility and drive GCE business
