Job summary

Hilton is seeking a Group, Conference and Events (GCE) Sales Coordinator to drive group bookings, coordinate meetings, and ensure seamless event services for clients. You will manage inquiries, site visits, and proposals to close business and enhance guest experiences.

As a key member of the Hotels team, you will collaborate with Operations, Catering, and Revenue teams to deliver memorable stays and maintain top-tier service standards across events.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries and secure group sales for 10–50 rooms, including meeting space, F&B, and services
• Prospect, qualify, and convert new business opportunities through outbound efforts and proposals
• Conduct site inspections and hotel tours to highlight spaces and services
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients and vendors
• Coordinate group details from contract to event execution, including room blocks and billing
• Input event details in booking systems and arrange VIP services
• Create and share BEOs, resumes, menus, diagrams, and post-event reports
• Maintain organized records to ensure quality service and efficiency
• Collaborate with Operations, Catering, and Revenue teams for seamless transition
