• Generate and convert new business: research, prospect, and qualify leads to drive group sales.
• Build and maintain client relationships as the primary contact for assigned market segments.
• Develop targeted sales strategies by analyzing hotel and market trends.
• Lead end-to-end sales process: proposals, site visits, negotiations, contracts.
• Manage booking details: room, F&B, and meeting space; input data accurately in the sales system.
