Job summary

ATCO Group in Saudi Arabia seeks an IT Supervisor to lead the group IT function across the holding company and subsidiaries. You will drive IT strategy, governance, and cyber security while ensuring reliable, scalable systems and cost-effective operations.

The role demands 6+ years IT experience, including managerial roles, with fluency in English and Arabic. You will oversee ERP platforms, cloud infrastructure, vendor relationships, and digital transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Master's degree or relevant certifications preferred (ITIL, PMP, CISSP, etc.).
• Fluency in English and Arabic.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a group-wide IT strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Establish IT policies, procedures, and governance frameworks across all entities.
• Standardize systems and processes across subsidiaries.
• Advise management on IT risks, investments, and opportunities.
• Oversee IT infrastructure including networks, servers, and cloud systems.
• Ensure high system availability, performance, and reliability.
• Manage IT support services including helpdesk and incident management.
• Supervise IT vendors and outsourced services.
• Manage ERP systems and business applications across multiple lines.
• Ensure integration and data consistency across group systems.
• Oversee system implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
• Support business units in selecting technology solutions.
• Develop and enforce information security policies and controls.
• Conduct risk assessments, vulnerability testing, and incident response planning.
• Maintain cybersecurity awareness across the organization.
